Spray Painted Halloween Decor

Learn how to paint Halloween decorations using a HomeRight paint sprayer. The sprayer makes it easy to paint twisty branches and fall pumpkins!

I recently created a fun Halloween Haunted House Mantel that included an abandoned house art canvas, and flying bats. Of course a creepy Halloween scene isn’t complete without spooky trees. I used the HomeRight Super Finish Max Paint Sprayer to turn ordinary branches into creepy, twisty trees.

To create the trees, you just need a few materials: Old branches with flat bottoms, pumpkins, Tarp, wood craft squares, screws, screw driver, black craft paint, the HomeRight Super Finish Max Paint Sprayer

Step 1: Lay a tarp and place the branches on it. Spread them out so they have room to be turned.

Step 2: Use the Super Finish Max Paint Sprayer, adjusted to a tighter spray pattern, to paint one side of the branches, using short strokes, and turning the sprayer to get in all of the nooks and crannies. Let dry.

Step 3: While waiting for the branches to dry, spray paint small pumpkins to add to your spooky décor and let dry.

Step 4: Also paint the wood craft squares to be used for bases

Step 5: Turn the branches over and spray the other side. Continue to turn and spray until the branches are covered completely, making sure to get any hidden cracks or spaces.

Step 6: Once the branches are dry, screw the wood craft squares into the base of the branches, and use for your Halloween décor!

Enjoy!
